My Morning Smoothie

Recipe serves about two people.

– 8 oz Green Valley Organics Strawberry-Pomegranate-Acai Kefir
– 4oz Martinellis Organic Apple Juice
– 1/2 frozen banana
– 1 cup frozen organic blueberries
– 1/2 cup organic strawberries
– 1 tablespoon organic cinnamon flaxseed oil
– 1 scoop of vanilla protein (I prefer a good Plant Protein like Vega)
– handful of Macadamia nuts
– handful of organic spinach
– 3 ice cubes

Blend to your preferred consistency and drink your breakfast. Enjoy!

Post Workout Smoothie

-1 and a 1/2 cup coconut water
-1 frozen banana
-1/2 cup blackberries
-2 Tablespoons of almond butter
-1 scoop chocolate protein
-1 teaspoon of cinnamon. (Test and use according to your taste)

Blend to your preferred consistency and drink up!
